We have a small team of exceptional people here at our office. They are professional and compassionate, and each understands their role in providing the best service and experience for our patients.
I could not be more proud to work alongside these individuals: they are dedicated, responsible, resourceful, and driven by the desire to do what is right for each person in our patient family. -Dr. Ryan Chuang
I look forward to coming to the office each day. It’s wonderful to be part of a professional and fun team that offers great care to the most wonderful patients. Being here means interacting with all ages from all walks of life. I enjoy our conversations and love seeing people’s happy smiles!
I handle a range of customer service at the front desk, from welcoming and checking in patients to scheduling visits and updating paperwork. I also handle insurance and patient billing, collections, and always have time to ask how the patient’s day is going and how I might help them.
My husband Dan and I have been married for 35 years. We have three children, four wonderful grandchildren, a sweet dog named Tinkerbell, and we relocated to Washington in 2012 to be closer to family. I enjoy cooking, reading, home decorating, and traveling. Dan and I love visiting Kauai as often as possible and are always up for a Disneyland trip with family
Registered Dental Assistant
In the past I had been fearful of seeing the dentist, so I try my best to understand each patient’s individual needs and concerns and make them feel as comfortable as possible. I love that I get to meet interesting people each day and learn new things, too. It’s rewarding to work in an environment that makes me think and problem-solve, with an amazing doctor and team, all while helping others!
I work in the clinic, where I assist Dr. Chuang and the hygienist with daily tasks and patient care. I enjoy sitting chairside, during a procedure, and talking with the patient about what we’re doing and making sure they are comfortable and feel secure.
Being that I’ve lived in Washington my whole life, I love hiking, backpacking, kayaking, downhill mountain biking, and snowboarding. I have two fur children: a dog and a cat who thinks she’s a dog, as well as a handful of tropical fish and a Jackson chameleon. I also love gardening, house plants in particular, and have an ever-growing collection.

I like helping patients improve their smiles, gain self-confidence, and making dentistry less fearful each time a person comes in. This is a stress- and drama-free office, where we all get along and do whatever we can to make sure patients feel safe, welcome, and at home during visits.
My days are spent in the clinic, assisting Dr. Chuang and the hygienist with a range of procedures. My focus is always on our patient’s comfort, making sure they feel secure and reassured, and responding to their needs.
Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, painting pottery, playing video games, traveling, and watching scary movies. I share my home and life with two very silly dogs who keep me entertained.
I can be found at our front desk answering phones, checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, checking insurances, and taking payments. Our patients are the best part of my day! I love visiting with them and getting to know them better every time they come in.
I went to dental assisting school in 2012 and joined Dr. Chuang and his team in 2016. I am so fortunate to spend my days with the best people. We all get along and work together so well.
My handsome husband and I have been married since 2015. In 2017, we welcomed our first baby, a perfect baby boy! We love slowly turning our five acres into a mini farm! So far, we have 12 chickens, one rooster, four turkeys, and (as soon as I convince my husband) goats!
I have the pleasure of meeting so many wonderful people and helping them to improve their health. I assess my patients’ medical and dental issues, providing appropriate preventive care and guidance to achieve a healthy mouth and smile.
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from UW and began my dental career in 1976. In 2016, I found my home here at Ryan Chuang, DDS. I appreciate that everyone on our team is very professional and wants what is best for our patients.
I have two grown sons who live nearby. I spend lots of time with them and my chocolate poodle. Yoga and hiking are two of my favorite pastimes. I also pursue creative hobbies like quilting and cooking.
